We are one of the oldest APBA baseball leagues in existence. We began as a hi-lo 12 team league in 1975 with each franchise having two MLB affiliates that assigned first year carded players. In 1990 we decided to improve our rookie draft by having only one MLB affiliate and then in 2000 to further enhance the draft, no affiliations. As the MLB expanded we did too and currently have 15 teams, in three divisions.
