NOTES FROM THE COMMISSIONER
Hey Guys,
It’s October, the air is cool, the sun is shining and it’s time for the 11th season of TCWBA Baseball!! We had a great draft and many trades over the summer, now it’s time to roll the bones and see who will take home the championship!
Looking at the divisions, here are my predictions… In the Bob Prince division I see my team Cincinnati and Coca Cola leading the division. Both teams have very good pitching and solid hitting. In the Harry Cary division, you can’t argue against Elyria with 4 A starters and a great bullpen. But Syracuse is always tough and has a solid offense with good pitching as well. In the Dave Hamilton division Hayward (which is being taken over by Jeff Skovran) is really tough. You have to give Mike Fisher credit, the former owner, for having built a powerhouse over the years. But Mississippi has solid pitching also. And with Adrian Gonzalez, Longoria, Braun and Ortiz will be a factor.
The season begins today so lets get our instructions out and get the party started!! Good luck to all and lets have some fun!
